With the desire to reduce the scrap rate and improve the weld quality, a potential customer came to us in application engineering.
With his existing tools installed on an MS sonxTOP, we were able to reduce the scrap rate from 13% to less than 3% – just by using the very good features of our series machine such as the servo-electric drive (preCiser), stabilization and precision design (paralliCER and stabilizer).
